• Merge to Stjørdal. A flag of a town of 21,000 people isn't going to be notable unless they stick a swastika on it or something. However, the information should definitely be incorporated elsewhere. I'd withdraw the nom and basically just stick the article's contents under Stjørdal#Coat of arms and flag, and also maybe let the creator know before they go through the whole list of flags of Norwegian subdivisions. • Merge and redirect. I created the article proposed for deletion, and I have merged its content into Stjørdal, as suggested above.
