Greetings! There appears to be a bit of a disagreement on content at the 6.5 mm Grendel; you appear to be one of the two main editors involved. I attempted to broker some compromise wording last week, but the other editor has added the additional equivalent cartridges to the introduction of the article.

My full comment to that user is at User talk:Ashley32407#6.5 mm Grendel and equivalent cartridges. The key point is that I've encouraged that user to find reliable sources to back up the claim that the list of cartridges she added are all equivalents and then present that information on the talk page of the article Talk:6.5 mm Grendel.

Remember that verifiability is the key hurdle for inclusion: if it can be proven that the cartridges are equivalent—especially if independent writers for major publications make the statement—then the equivalency should be mentioned, although there is some margin for determining how to word it and where to place it in the article. Likewise, one of the strongest arguments you can make to leave the information out of the article is showing where a reliable source—preferably a story by a writer in an independent, well-known publication—states the cartridges aren't interchangeable. (And I'm sure there are other publications better known to enthusiasts, but as a person with only casual knowledge, I'm thinking of either a Guns and Ammo type magazine or a Jane's-type guide for firearms.)

The next step is to present your suggestions at Talk:6.5 mm Grendel. Once the sources are verified and consensus reached about how to word it, then (and only then) should we add the text to the article.
