Bio page

I have placed a tag on the article Cody Simons, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I did this because the article seems to be an autobiographical account; autobiography is frowned on in Wikipedia and, with all due respect, you do not yet seem to meet the criterion of being notable in encyclopediac terms. That is why we have user pages such as this one. If you can indicate why Cody Simons is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Cody Simons. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles.

Nonetheless, I want to add my welcome to Wikipedia and hope that you will stay and contribute. For example, there seems to be no article on your school, although it is referenced in List of high schools in Tennessee. David Brooks 02:20, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
