Murder Most Horrid
I have removed Murder Most Horrid. For most other writer templates a TV series only included if they were the creator/lead-writer. Indeed the Doctor Who dates here relate to his time as showrunner/executive Producer, not to the first episodes he wrote (which would be 2005). Steven Moffat was just one of several writers for Murder Most Horrid, so I think its inclusion was misleading.
