Use the noinclude option to the template if you don't want your page being added to Category:Seattle neighborhoods. For example, the article Seattle, Washington has this template tag:

I have restored this functionality, which was lost when the template was converted to a navbox. I'm not totally sure that it's good and proper to use <includeonly> for automatic categorization, but this is a pretty good way of doing it. --Mikaka (talk) 20:43, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
