Restructured link formats

I changed the format for the PA Senate District pages. Now the links use the cardinal numbers instead of the ordinal numbers. This makes the page titles much simpler.

The general format for district pages is now "Pennsylvania Senate, District XXX." I moved the existing pages under the old naming system, so nothing is lost. This allows the use of a succession box template for state representatives (Template:PASenateSuccession_box) --RedShiftPA (talk) 17:27, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
