Orders, decorations, and medals Template‑class

I've tried to improve this template but three orders still missing:

• Order of Besa (Order of Fidelty) and the Order of Skanderbeg (which they have been also used by the Italian Kingdom of Albania)
• Ordine dei santi patroni d'Italia
