redlink

Philadelphia is a redlink here, I assume because it is a redirect. The link should be fixed or unlinked since it's really not necessary. Jonesey95, since this is protected I can't fix this myself. MB 17:03, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I do not see any red links in this template. When I click on any of the three "Philadelphia" links in this navbox, I am taken to articles. I do not see a problem. Please be more specific. Thanks. – Jonesey95 (talk) 18:38, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Jonesey95, on my desktop, the link to Philadelphia in the "Lists by city" displays in red. It is a valid link to National Register of Historic Places listings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which is a redirect to National Register of Historic Places listings in Philadelphia. Maybe I have something in my CSS to make redirects in templates red? I wasn't more explicit since I assumed you would see red also. But I think replacing the redirect with the actual article will fix my problem. Thanks. MB 19:05, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I see it as green, since I have custom code in my .css or somewhere that turns redirects green and dab links orange. You have custom code that turns those links red and italic in navboxes, if I am reading it correctly. You might want to reconsider that choice, since red links have a specific meaning in WP. Unless there is another substantive change to make to the template, redirects are fine and do not have to be changed. – Jonesey95 (talk) 19:51, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Jonesey95, I have custom code that turns dab links orange too, but normal links are default red/blue. I had forgotten about that special handling for navboxes. I'm not sure where I got that from and why it seemed like a good idea. Sorry for wasting your time. Maybe you could try to fix the minor problem at {{infobox country}} with image display (second flag) - no one has addressed it yet. Thanks. MB 03:19, 3 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

In the template section "Lists by county", Cameron County lacks a wikilink. Please wikilink "Cameron" to National Register of Historic Places listings in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. Topshelver (talk) 17:48, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
