Changes I've made

I welcome this new template, but I have made some changes to it. First of all, Dutch law recognises only three regional languages: Frisian, Papiamento and English. The other languages and dialects have no official status. I changed the template to better reflect this. Also, there is officially no such thing as "overseas languages", as the Netherlands as country does not officially have "overseas territories" (the Caribbean Netherlands officially forms part of the country like any other part). Furthermore, English was listed as "overseas" while there are in fact more English speakers in Amsterdam than the total population of Saba and Statia together. I added "dialects" to the category of "non-official languages" as in particular Limburgish can hardly be called a language, rather a group of dialects. And finally, I changed "Kingdom of the Netherlands" to "Netherlands" as the two are not the same. PPP (talk) 15:09, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
