Episodes
Why the heck are the Slap bet episodes listed here?? Sure, they have a common element, but in absolutely no way are they more integral to the show as a whole. There absolutely no reason why these four episodes are so much more notable than all the others. Why not list all those that involve Victoria? Or the episodes when he actually talks about meeting the mother? Or all those while Barney and Robin were dating? Or the episodes with Ranjit? No, those are not suggestions. It seems like it was an attempt to list a few "Notable episodes" as the Template:Friends used to do, Slap bet is very likely to be one of the more noted episodes. Notability is difficult/awkward to properly establish, which was the reason given for removing them from the template but the editors seemed to suggest that was a temporary change until notability could be eastablished. Ratings, or review scores might do it but listing them and selecting the most notable is tricky, unless some reviewer has already gone and done that for. Separate lists for each season seems overkill for a show that hasn't run for quite as long as the Simpsons. MyTopDozen has a list of top How I met your mother episodes but I'd prefer to cross that against another list or two and select only a handful of episodes, definitely not as many as twelve. -- Horkana (talk) 00:35, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Seasons
The links to the seasons really should not be in this navigation box. Navboxes are supposed to aide navigation between articles, and not within articles (that is what Tables of Content are for). BOVINEBOY2008:) 23:38, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
