Inclusion criteria

I have applied the inclusion criteria for the major settlements section, which have been used on other county templates. This means that all towns and cities are included (whatever their size), and all villages with a population of 10k or more.

Accordingly, I have added Astley, Bramhall, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Didsbury, Hale, Hazel Grove, Little Lever, Orrell, Romiley, Tottington, and Wythenshawe to the list. I was in two minds about including Chorlton and Didsbury as these are really suburbs of Manchester, but I felt that as they have their own identity they should be included - there are probably other places like this. Clifton didn't seem like it fitted here (especially as I couldn't find any population info for it) so I removed it, but I won't argue if someone feels that it should go back.
