  • I would recommend removing the word "elected" as it impliest to me that there was a previous female mayor who got to the office via some means other than an election, e.g. being next in the line of succession when the previous mayor vacated the role. QuietHere (talk) 08:30, 11 March 2023 (UTC)
I was thinking specifically of offices like the Mayor of London, a modern democratically elected post, as opposed to historical posts of Mayor which were appointed. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 10:56, 13 March 2023 (UTC)
