EL to totalfilm.tumblr.com

Following discussions with Johnuniq on my talk page, I understand that it is not the role of Wikipedia to provide links to each part of TF's website. However, given that TF's blog is hosted by Tumblr, and that it does not form part of totalfilm.com, I hope it is okay that I've reinserted the EL to totalfilm.tumblr.com.

I've also added the Editor's name and made some additional changes to the intro copy, the Features copy and the Key Sections copy. I have asked the Editor if the line "It is one of the largest circulation English-speaking film magazines in the world" can be attributed to a published source. "Additional citations for verification"

The Total Film page has a flag at the top, stating: This article needs additional citations for verification. Please help improve this article by adding reliable references. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (February 2011)

I have removed the following statement: It is one of the largest circulation English-speaking film magazines in the world.[citation needed]

I was waiting for a source, but none has been provided, so I have removed the statement for the time being.

I can find no other examples of statements that require citations, so I hope the flag will now be removed.

Written Like An Ad

The Total Film page details the various sections of the magazine and the website. These are statements of fact, with the section headings lifted directly from the magazine and website. The only statement of opinion, which required a citation, has now been removed: It is one of the largest circulation English-speaking film magazines in the world. The information on the Total Film page, ie Intro, Regular Features, etc., is very similar to that on other film magazine pages, ie Premiere and Empire. It is unclear why the Total Film page has been tagged as a potential advert and marked for speedy deletion... LizHawkins (talk) 16:49, 30 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This article has not been tagged for speedy deletion, so please refrain from adding the {{hangon}} tag. Thanks! Logan Talk Contributions 00:16, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed the "This article is written like an advertisement" tag, since the statement that required a citation has been removed and the rest of the copy details the various sections of the magazine and website. If it is still considered that this article reads like an ad, can someone give me some tips as to what needs changing? Many thanks. LizHawkins (talk) 08:49, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Total Film (magazine)

How do I add (magazine) to the Total Film header at the top of the page, as per other magazine articles? Many thanks. LizHawkins (talk) 08:56, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
