The Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins on behalf of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.[1] It covers all aspects of occupational medicine and occupational health psychology. The journal was established in 1959 as the Journal of Occupational Medicine and obtained its current name in 1995.[2]

As the official publication of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine,[3] the journal publishes guidance and position statements from the society several times per year.
