Hi. If you got this image directly from Mr. Bailey, could you please follow the process outlined at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission? I know that's a few pages of text, but basically it says that we'd like to get an email directly from Mr. Bailey stating that he is the copyright owner, and he releases the copyright on the image for all purposes, provided that he (or his assistant or whoever owns the copyright) is acknowledged when the image is reproduced (personality rights are separate from copyright, so this isn't necessarily giving carte blanche to use it in a defammatory sense).

I just emailed Mr. Bailey. The email address for him to email is permissions-commons@wikimedia.org, right? His email address is alb@alblawfirm.com Once you receive the email, can you please take down the tag about the picture being unlicensed?
