Fair Use Rationale
- 1. The image is significant, as it shows the first ever official promotional image, from the film in question, Toy Story 3. The use here is entirely encyclopedic, in nature.
- 2. More significantly, the content of the image shows the original plot for the film, which has been radically altered since. Thus, it is an ideal choice, to illustrate the relevant text next to it, in the article.
- 3. The image is of relatively low resolution.
- 4. The image does not, in any way, limit the ability of the copyright owners, to market or sell their product.
