| Description |
A large group of men in a religious procession would not have been unusual at that time but might be hard to muster today. As this is relatively recent we are still hopeful that someone "local" might be able to put some local colour on this image or perhaps even identify some of the participants. In the meantime however, thanks to [/photos/91549360@N03/ O Mac] for establishing location, and [/photos/beachcomberaustralia/ beachcomberaustralia] for the info on the advertising signs pictured, and to everyone else for the extra context on the period, fashion and norms of Corpus Christi processions of the period!
